CORPORATE LAW

The Firm's Corporate Law section advises individuals in starting new businesses and restructuring existing ones and selecting the business structure which best fits their needs, such as joint ventures, general partnerships, limited partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. Our representation includes formulation of joint venture, partnership and limited partnership agreements, incorporation and organization of the entity, stock buy-sell agreements, operating and management agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, and other company agreements.

We represent parties in litigation in Georgia and Florida state and federal courts. Our practice includes business, commercial, and contract litigation, as well as real estate litigation.
